Fleming Lake Group, Inc. was incorporated on 26, August 2013. This company was established to provide Professional Services to its clients. Our primary focus is providing Legal Services, Corporate Services, Administrative Support Services and Intellectual Property Protection Services. We also provide support services to companies in Anguilla including Human Resource Services, Payroll Processing, Corporate Services, Account Management, Payroll Tax Processing and Reports. Through our trained staff we offer our services to small business and individuals in Anguilla, the United States and the Caribbean Region.

Office Clerk

Denysea was born and raised in the Caribbean and is very familiar with the jurisdiction and its culture. Denysea works at Fleming Lake Group, Inc. as the Office Clerk responsible for Administrative Matters and Docketing. Denysea has over 5 years working in and administrative capacity and has a sharp keen attention to detail. In this role she provides support to the Attorney, the Paralegal and other staff including document preparation and review, filing and customer service. Prior to working as an Administrative Assistant, Denysea also worked as an Operations Assistant at Euro Pacific Bank.

Elizabeth Bryan has over 10 years experience in an administrative capacity in a professional organization and is currently employed at Fleming Lake Group, as a Paralegal. Elizabeth was born and raised in Anguilla and is very familiar with the Caribbean Jurisdictions and its culture. In addition to her general paralegal duties, for almost 3 years, she worked as an IP Paralegal managing the filings of trademark and Patent application in Anguilla, she also assists with the management of a large trademark portfolio.

Mitchelle Lake is the founder and CEO of the Anguilla Tennis Academy. His undying devotion to his country speaks for itself and is tangible in the hearts of the many of the many children he has aided in not only athletic prowess but character as well. His dream of bringing tennis to the island of Anguilla began while attending Gardner-Webb University in North Carolina. He realized that he was afforded an oppertunity to receive and education free of charge based on the fact that he excelled at tennis.

Keesha is licensed to practice in the United States (Michigan, Missouri and Florida) and the Caribbean (Anguilla, Antigua and St. Kitts & Nevis). She maintains a professional and social residence between the Caribbean and Florida. Keesha acquired her pre-college, college and professional education in the United Kingdom, the Caribbean and the United States. This provided her with the foundation necessary to establish a legal career in the Caribbean region and the United States.
